It always has been, and it always will be.” This idea certainly used to be your roots, but is no longer the case today. Cue a baby scoop of chicken… IYKYK. Obviously your GEN Z-EROS don’t know what that means, I paid $24 after tax for a large chips and guac(8.40?), a bowl to go, and I was charged for side salsas. What the ???? In the bowl I received 2.4 ounces of chicken 2.4 ounces!!, less then a third of a ladle scoop of chicken rice and beans options. This didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl, at this point I thought of walking out, but it gets worse, I was charged for 2 other sides of corn salsa which has never happened in all my years of going to Chipotle. #NeverAgain

The last three times I have ordered from this store they have managed to completely mess up my order. I’m not sure who manages this location but the people who run the online orders need a serious overhaul based on the amount of times they’ve messed up my food order for pick up. Portions are skimpy. Quality of the food is horrible. Done going to this location for good and will be taking my business elsewhere.
