The side in question was the cheese for my bowl on the side as they always put too much on - cheese is supposed to be included. Mind you they didn’t mention any kind of charges until I asked for a receipt. I had already paid and when I questioned it the manager was not only rude but refused a refund. I was also told a full scoop of protein wasn’t their store policy. This is the only location in the city that acts this way. Go to any other location.
