I quickly realized I was mistaken after tasting them, but I really appreciated how willing they were to immediately put a manager on the phone to help resolve the situation. The restaurant was clean, and my order was ready on time for pickup. Great service overall!

When I first started going there, everything was good. Everyone was nice and reasonably fast. There are 2 guys there that always accused me of stealing. I did no such thing, I don't steal nothing from nobody ever. And the last time I went there to pick up a delivery, he was very rude and threatened to call the cops on me for no reason. Despite the way they were acting, i was not rude, loud, or vulgar towards them. Then, they threatened to call the cops on me. It is awful the way they treat people, this should never happen to anyone, completely unacceptable. I go to all the bww in omaha. None of them would ever treat me like this. I will not be returning, and no one should ever go to this bww.
