I was shocked no offer to remake the right wings.. no nothing .. can’t help you. So therefore Buffalo wild wings has lost hundreds of dollars from me since it’s great food and I’ve been craving but I refuse to spend money here now. Just wanted to let them know.

Our server could not have cared less about us being there. "He's making your drinks right now, let me go check on them" and then not showing up for 10 minutes. "I need to drop this ticket off then I will take your order" and again, not coming back for 5+ minutes. Ordered 6 ranches, get 5. My party chose BWW over WS because we thought the service would be better. Never again!
