They were cold in the middle and they were still white and not golden brown like hash browns should be.

The order took forever, the cars stacked up behind me while I waited, and she walked away 3 times to talk to a coworker all while my completed order sat on the counter in a bag. Once I received it and opened it, it was not fully cut in half, on the wrong bagel, and missing ingredients like meat. I knew after I got the look when I said I did not want to tip that there was going to be a problem. Why should I have to tip at a drive-through? She is not serving my food, refilling my drink or cleaning up my mess. This tipping culture is crazy. How could the management let this continue as I have now read all these other reviews with complaints about asking for tips?

They burnt my bagel the 1st time, and this time they got the bagel wrong, and when they corrected it, even after asking if I wanted it toasted, they did not toast it. I will not be coming back. Make the drive to the one on Dodge St, they are amazing out there.
