  Walked in ten minutes before closing to get plain bagels, and was received with a " you do know we close at 2 right??" Not knowing what I would want. Walked straight out. Horrible attitude pissed at the world...no thanks!

  the last two times i’ve gotten bruegers i’ve been disappointed because i don’t get what im paying for. i ordered a turkey chipotle sandwich with cheese and onions both times and didn’t receive the cheese and onions, and this time i didn’t get the onions and the chipotle sauce. very disappointed. won’t be back for a minute.

  I've gotten just a bagel and cream cheese here and that's fine but the sandwiches are flavorless at best. Today I got the side order of hash browns and that was a mistake. They were cold in the middle and they were still white and not golden brown like hash browns should be.
