  I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the extraordinary experience my wife and I had on Valentine's Day. We went to Bonefish for a late lunch to beat the rush and celebrate and we had such a wonderful time. Our server, James was absolutely terrific! He was very kind, attentive, generous, and courteous. We go here occasionally and have always had a nice time but this was extra special and I thought it deserved some recognition. We would definitely recommend Bonefish Grill and thank you again, James!

  SO disappointed today! I have gone to Bonefish regularly over the years and have had mostly good experiences. Today the experience was AWFUL in that I ordered the "Creme Brulee French Toast" and it was quite obvious that my food had been cooked hours before and left in a warmer until it was dried out and petrified. I have had better French Toast at a Holiday Inn Express. Unfortunately, I was very hungry so didn't send it back to be made fresh as I should have. However, in what world is it acceptable to charge upwards of $18 for two lukewarm and dried out slices of bread cut in half? The kitchen had apparently cut some major corners on my meal. When I informed my server that the food was OBVIOUSLY not fresh, she said "Okay, I will let the manager know of the problem." No one ever followed up with me at all so I am displeased enough to go to the effort of letting others know what to expect when dining at Bonefish.

  This was the worst place I have eaten at. Have a reservation and still had to wait about 15 minutes. Once sat, NO ONE bothered to greet us until I said something. Did not offer anything to drink. It was so bad that I had to get the manager and complain. The food was mediocre at best. The whole atmosphere was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 2/15/2026

  We came into the restaurant at 9pm. Place closes at 11pm. Right before we got there, I was going to reserve a table and they had every time till 11 open. But we decided to just go in. When we got to the hostess, with many tables open she asked if we had reservations. We said we didn’t and she said “okay we are not accepting people anymore.” Even though seconds earlier we could have made a reservation or simply walked outside and made a reservation and walked back in. It was super rude and then weird and they weren’t even closing for two hours. So I don’t know if the food is good I don’t know if the atmosphere is good, but they certainly didn’t want to serve anyone.

  Just took wife out for Early Valentine's lunch. Yes we are old. But had best service and also wife has celiac so appreciate the menu for that. Highly recommend.
