Even showed him on the website and he said that wasn’t their website. So we finally conceded to get something else only to later see we could order the Dubai sundae on their kiosk. When I told him we could order it on the kiosk he starts yelling saying they don’t have cheesecake. Cheesecake isn’t even in the sundae! He also said they didn’t have fudge and we could see the fudge container. I never want to go back.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
