- DMDan MaukDec 23, 20251.0Ordered online. Order ready when I arrived. Got home and found a rueben missing, so called. Lady (general manager) said she knew exactly where in the two bags the sandwich was. The sandwich wasn't in the bag. She said she can't remake or credit. She said she would have to review cameras. I was a restaurant owner for 25 years. Smart service would be to accept blame, remake sandwich or offer credit. I lost my cool. My son saved the day by driving back and was given the missing sandwich.
