    I went to Arby’s at about 11:40AM on Sunday and this young man named Tyson was working, I have never met someone so helpful and nice ever, he was giving me food ideas because I wasn’t for sure what I wanted to get. And then he even talked to me for a bit and brought my food out to me. I also seen him constantly going out into the lobby and cleaning tables and then he went over and helped me when I was getting up to leave, I have traveled around America and go to different Arbys but this was by far my favorite experience!

    I just had to try the hyped Arby’s Steak Nuggets, possibly my favorite steak house. No, Arby’s won’t be my fav steakhouse. But I was surprised at the Steak Nuggets. Bottom line up front: I’ll get the 10 piece soon, but please read on! I ordered the 5 piece for dine in. I received this cute little paper cup w/ plastic lid on a large platter. I used the 3 inch cover as a plate to open up a Nugget. I must admit, my order appeared char broiled, yes, I was at Arby’s, not the burger place. Absolutely not as pictured on tv or the numerous posters, inside, outside and as centered on the huge menu screen. But, in all honesty, is food ever received as the carefully crafted pictures? I still had to try one, despite appearance and reviews of being so dry that the mule choked… I cut the first one with a knife, but didn’t need to as my fork easily opened them up. I found the Stead Nuggets to be surprisingly moist and flavorful. I ate all 5 without having to resort to the large Coke that other reviews cited as a necessity. Pricey at $5.39 for a 5 piece? If you’ve bought an 1 1/2 inch steak lately at $16 - $25 a pound, then no, not overpriced. I had to ask about the charred look. I was informed that they were made to appear as smoked, burnt ends. Suddenly the appearance, moistness and flavor, all made perfect sense. I’ll definitely try them again, but next time I’m getting the 10 piece for sure.
