Someone who I assume to be the manger watered it down to the point it was no longer enjoyable ( I saw her from the waiting area). When I confronted her about it, she said it was due to drink ratios. I work at a different Dunkin in the Omaha area and If someone asks for light ice, I give them light ice. I’m not watering down their drink and I’m not filling it halfway just because they asked for less ice. This is not Starbucks. The young lady at the front counter was great but whoever that middle aged pale Hispanic or white lady is in there, she’s very rude.
