  Don't bother to go inside, YOU WON'T EVEN BE ACKNOWLEDGED , you just wait around standing there, unless you already had this experience before and know that you just have to use the kiosk. You don't get a receipt using it, which is probably intentional. With the inside poor customer service, they probably don't want people taking the survey on receipt. Drive thru service is priority. They usually have one person doing all drinks, one person on the drive-thru headset, and one person making food in the back. So, it's not quick. Other times they have plenty of staff, but apparently not during peak times. Disappointing, whoever has this franchise now has really run it into the ground. It's not the employees' fault they are understaffed, management has some work to do. They used to have some really great employees that excelled at customer service, employees you looked forward to seeing week after week. However, it seems this franchise has been bought/changed ownership and is employing just a few family members. This is a consistent issue, not a one- off situation. I understand that people call in sick and turnover is to be expected. That does not appear to be the issue.

  I’ve been sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes with no line. The guy just didn’t know how to take the order and then once we finally got to the window he tried handing us two drinks when I had only ordered one. When I corrected him and told him I only ordered one he got the manager and when she came to the window she was on the phone. I feel like No one is professional anymore and no one knows how to take an order correctly. Hopefully the service gets better.

  Baylee was very kind and professional. When I said I wanted to try the new raspberry croissant, she said it was very good and she wasn’t just saying that because she worked there! She recommended I get it warmed as well and she was right! It was amazing! Coffee and food from here is always good along with great service. You are lucky to have an employee like her!
