  Didn’t start my order until well after my pickup time. I ended up waiting 30 minutes past the latest pickup time their website told me. It seems several other people had long waits too because one of the guys making the pizzas was standing around talking. The guy causing the delay had the most attitude when asked any questions. I feel bad leaving a bad review because the guy at the register was actually very nice and apologized a few times.

  Horrible customer service. I ordered items online. They called to tell me they were out of an item. They offered a $15 credit for a future purchase. Today I tried to redeem the $15. Get this, they can’t apply it to online orders. I either pay full price over the phone to use the $15 or use the deals online and never see my $15. #fail. I spoke with the store manager Joshua who said his hands were tied. He would not give me contact information for the store owner or “Tyler” who is above him. He said I could file a formal complaint but those go back to him. Got to love them punishing the customer for their continued shortcomings. #fail
