Steve Dunn runs a great operation with employees that are here long-term with very little turnover. This says a lot about an organization. Never had any complaints. Clean courteous, great food.

I got home and started to eat it and a few bites in I bit into something solid and hard. Once I spit it out I found a black pebble, a ROCK, in my food. I can only imagine how that got into my food, from the floor or wherever, but I was disgusted. I called customer service and he didn’t offer me any solution other than he’s “escalating it to an incident report team”. No refund or anything else other than he’s said they would call me back, not sure when that’s happening as it’s been 4 hours ago that I called and I haven’t heard back. Disappointing to say the least and overall this experience will ruin it for me from here on out.
