- AAA.J.2 days ago2.0I will start by saying this was my second time eating Chipotle but first time ordering inside. Servers were very impatient, wouldnt give me time decide or properly explain what i wanted. Any additional request or question were met with attitudes and annoyed facial expressions. The food was 2 out 5 based on taste and freshness. Dont recommend this location. But Top Golf is next door and is why i gave it two stars.

I asked for extra rice and beans and that didn’t happen either. When you call you can’t speak to anyone and when you go to the website and tell them what happened all they say is “thanks for the feedback.” I will not be returning to the chipotle by Westroads. It seems like if you order online they try to screw you everytime. Pull it together Chipotle.

- BABrad AshleyFeb 21, 20261.0We have very clean and healthy diets, so we ordered two bowls with a few customizations. The most notable of which was "light rice" on one and "no rice " on the other. As you know, most chains market white rice as a healthy option - even though the glycemic impact is very substantial. When we got home, we noticed all of the customizations were not followed. Both bowls had a massive amount of white rice, I would say 50% of the bowls were rice. They were also very short on protein, and the other requests were not completed. I wound up eating about 30% of the bowl and throwing the rest in the trash can. My wife spent 5 minutes separating the rice from the beans and then throwing the rice in the trash can, along with a cup and half of excessive lettuce. The really bad part is that I paid $50 for that horrible meal. I WOULD AVOID THIS LOCATION AND CHIPOLTE IN GENERAL. CHIPLOTE'S FOOD QUALITY AND EXECUTION HAVE DETERIORATED SIGNIFICANTLY, BUT PRICES KEEP RISING! THAT IS A BAD COMBINATION.
