  I had one of the worst experiences at this Chipotle. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional from start to finish. One employee was literally using his hands to remove extra rice from a bowl, which was very off-putting and unhygienic. The portion sizes were noticeably small, and the overall attitude of the staff made the experience even worse. When I politely asked for utensils on the side, the employee sighed and rolled her eyes, which was completely unnecessary. What was most shocking was seeing staff take food out of a customer’s bowl and put it back into the serving containers if they felt it was “too much.” I have never seen anything like this before. Overall, very disappointing experience — poor service, questionable food handling, and an unwelcoming environment. Definitely not what I expect from Chipotle.

  Absolutely terrible experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The place was not clean at all, and the way food was being handled was unacceptable it looked careless and unhygienic. The staff were rude, aggressive, and not welcoming in any way. What made things worse was the interaction with this employee. She was very aggressive, unwelcoming, and came across as rude when responding to customers. Instead of handling concerns professionally, her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Instead of treating customers properly, their attitude made the situation worse and felt disrespectful. Very disappointing. I won’t be coming back.

  I’ll start out by saying the guys working were very nice!! However, can we take an extra second to make sure lids are on everything? I asked for two containers of the salad dressing… apparently a lid wasn’t secured and spilled all in the Chipotle bag along with the seat of my car. & when I opened up my bowl, the rice at the bottom was extra mushy bc the dressing had soaked through the bottom of the bowl… and knowing now that it can soak through and end up on my food has pushed my appetite for Chipotle far away. I totally get that these things can happen, but it wasn’t busy so I feel like more attention could have been put forth when bagging up the food. I use to love the smell of that dressing, but now it haunts me.

  So after a DoorDash mix up where my burrito was made significantly smaller than usual, I brought my burritos to the store to explain my frustration. Chris immediately offered to remake the burrito and was very kind and understanding. It’s these kinds of efforts that put chipotle in a higher standard or class than other chain restaurants. Thank you, Chris for making it right. I will continue to order from this location.
