  I dont eat here, but dash here quite often. Wait time could get up to 10 mins for order but for most part chick fil a is fast! I always let kids go to play area when they come with, they love that! Not many places have a play area for kids anymore so thats a big plus! Drive thru is always packed. Customer service is always great Inside is pretty clean as well

  I can't tell you how many times I've gotten one of the free chicken biscuit rewards, where I will add cheese and egg to make it better. As soon as I pull up to the speaker, I ask them to switch the biscuit with a muffin. Never had a problem with it before. Not this location or any other location. Today, the guy says it will cost $1.89 just to sub it. So I said never mind, just leave it. So while I'm waiting in line, I check the price difference of a sandwich with a biscuit compared to the muffin. Only a .20 difference. So when I got to the window, I told them I'd be willing to pay the .20 difference but not almost $2. These people now told me that its actually 'impossible' in their system to change it. Well, I've had them do this before plenty of times. So one of the girls at the window got confused on what I was asking and she ended up charging my card for a whole other sandwich! I didn't ask her to do that. She didn’t tell me she was going to charge me. She offered to refund my card but she needed the physical card to do that, which I didn’t bring with since I didn't think I needed it. So they can take money from you without having the card, but not give it back? She ended up giving me the cash but that's absolutely ridiculous that it happened anyways. There was a lot of back and forth of them claiming there's no way to switch the biscuit to a muffin when they could have easily just yelled to the person in back making it. I don't know, I've never felt so unheard by a restaurant before. Also, the biscuit was dry, smashed, & had cheese melted all over the wrapper, hashbrowns were smashed by the sandwiches also. Not a great meal, or experience. This is my favorite location and closest to my house, but I think I'll go to the Dodge location from now on.

  Nuggets were chewy and both of our waffle fry containers were filled with hard tiny broken pieces. Employees wouldn't want to get that, yet have no problem giving it to you.
