  Tonight I had ordered a large order of wings and tenders. There was an issue with doordash reached out to the restaurant a couple times and they handled it amazingly. I want to thank Austin who I spoke to as well as the manager Clayton. They were both incredible in their customer service and resolution!

  Oh where to begin... Walked in and saw it was super busy with people waiting but there was also empty tables to be sat also. I totally get it, busy night, with a bunch of sports games on a Saturday night, but still. Sit down, waitress says she's new so we won't be too hard on her. She takes our drink and food orders, no problem. I ordered a mocktail, a zero proof margarita, which didn't end up showing up until we were basically done eating, by the way, so they end up comping it off the bill. Food was good, no issues there. Service could've been better though because our drinks sat empty for a good 30 minutes. Here's my issue and the reason I gave them 2 stars, but probably should be down to 1. I am allergic to alcohol and can't drink. I took 2 sips of the mocktail margarita and instantly didn't feel right. I started to feel like I had taken a drink of alcohol. We decide to ask the waitress if the drink was made right/rang up wrong, she just lists off the ingredients in it and kind of seemed dumb founded. She also asked if the drink came with a zero proof stick in it, which it didn't. She asks if we wanna talk to the manager so a manager comes to talk to us. We explain the situation and he goes to talk to the bartender. Turns out they gave me a regular Margherita... with alcohol in it. We end up getting our whole meal comped which is great but I left feeling horrible. Manager did also get my name and phone number to give to the GM so I dont know if anything will happen with that. I get it completely if the restaurant is crazy busy, but if you are going to have zero proof cocktails on your menu, make sure the bartenders are on point cause that could seriously hurt someone. Very disappointed and B dubs is one of my top choices, might be a while before I return to be honest.

  Other places definitely have better bigger wings for the price. But overall this location is the best for service.

  Bad experience here. Wings were not fresh. Wait service was horribly slow, and it is a slow time ( 3 pm) not lunch or dinner time. Would not recommend this location at all.
