  I normally love their food here. I order the o nion bagel breakfast sandwich and this is the first time my food has been completely burnt. Why would you even serve burnt food? You can visually see the entire top is charred black. Totally not edible!

  You need to put more hustle into the online app orders. Why do I place my order online, drive to the store, stand around and wait... Meanwhile I stand there and watch people in the drive through ordering and getting their orders, walk-ins ordering and getting their orders... All while I'm still waiting? What's the point of ordering ahead if my order is treated with zero urgency? Would I ever have gotten it if I didn't walk up and remind you?

  i love the food but they need to stop verbally asking for a tip every single time, it puts the customer in an uncomfortable place especially when they aren’t nice when you politely decline.

  They charge a "surcharge" but no one can explain what it's for The employees response was "it's like a tax, I don't know"

  My husband and I ordered our bagels. I told the clerk I wanted a sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese and my husband ordered salt bagel with butter. She looks at me as she's ringing it up and asks what kind of bagel do you want then asks if I want it toasted? Cream cheese? Do they not listen? Then asks if I want to tip? I said no, nothing personal but it's 2 bagels and its already $10. Then when our food is ready both bagels were not toasted. The restaurant was dirty, food on tables surfaces sticky and napkins dispenser s were empty. Coffee spilled on floor and several employees standing around. One or two of them could clean and restock. We will be going elsewhere next time we want a bagel. We were here about a year ago and it seems they still haven't gotten things straightened out.
