    Just so you know they proactively waste your time and require a phone call for ANY refund. Check your bags before leaving and demand a refund before you leave otherwise corporate will screw you. Nasty way to treat your customers because your crappy training leads to wrong orders.

    Ordered through app. No manager. Food couldn't be made when I came to pick it up. Can't get a refund due to arby's app support being absolutely terrible.

    Honestly might be the worst food experience I’ve had with any Arby’s food. Ordered a French Dip and the sandwich and au jus were cold. Not just “not hot”, but actually cold. Hopefully it’s just an “off” night and this is a one-off experience. The fries were good tho…
