    Bought a couple of subs, wanted to try the new baja chicken pocket and asked kindly if they could replace tomatoes with onions. I was told they cant do it as it messes up their inventory…. Seriously?

    I walked in with my family of 5 and there was a line already. I am a general manager in a business that relies on customer services, and the two working tonight absolutely nailed it. Smiles greeting customer and very polite to everyone. I made sure to tell them great job as well most of the time all you hear is the bad complaining people. Again wonderful teamwork between them and they never stopped working the entire time we were there. Thank you.

    The guy who works here he didn’t follow my instructions for my order. The drink machines wasn’t working and i yelled him too many times but he didn’t care. These people are the reason I don’t wanna get anything Subway anymore

    Paid for 2 sandwhiches on the app. Did not receive either one. Ordered at 8:40. Put my pickup time for 9:30 because online it says closes at 10. Went and the sign said open but the worker looked at me outside and hid in the back. Called for a refund and no one thinks to call a customer back. So yeah they stole my money lol. Still waiting for my refund.
