Since the new owners have taken over, I have noticed a drastic change in the quality, for the better. The baked goods are baked fresh every day and they are very delicious and it's hard to pick just one item. I put in an order almost every day which is very convenient, and most of the time , the staff is very friendly.

I explained to the guy at the drive thru and he had to correct my order I get my hot chocolate and I noticed it wasnt filled up he was skimpy poor service really annoyed I spent a total of like $25 and this is the service I get so messed up check your orders guys and make sure you’re getting what YOU paid for

I called and employee said she would leave a note in the office. On a separate day I ordered the same thing and it didn't have cream cheese. We are charged extra for cream cheese only to not get it. When I called again she said that since I hadn't gotten either she would just leave a note for me to get a sandwich when I came in. The next morning I order donuts (which we do frequently). I mention the sandwich while I am ordering, then get to the window and they have several different people asking questions about when I ordered (which I had already given order numbers). There was a line of people behind me and they still didn't trust that I had been charged for this stuff and not received it. The customer service used to be really good, however this is unprofessional. I just left without getting what I paid for 🤷
