I inquired how long and was told "20-25 minutes". So these guys hadn't even touched my order. No apology, no offer for a refund or a comp, no remorse whatsoever. Garbage service. I hope to escalate this as high as it is able to be escalated, you guys don't deserve to hold the name of my favorite pizza chain. Every single time I come here, I'm met with incompetence. Just get Little Caesars, it's cheaper. No point in paying premium price for subpar service.

The tracker says its cooked and checked foe quality but then they have them sit there 30 to 45 mins after they are cooked before they deliver them.
