I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s experienced this in North Platte lately. I just hope that it changes.
- KPKatie PatrickDec 28, 20251.0Yikes! I usually love 7 Brew, so we stopped while driving through North Platte, and boy I wish we wouldn’t have. We waited in line for 45 minutes barely moving, while the other line to our left consistently moved as an employee outside took their order. Turned out, they were taking our line’s order at the booth and then making the drink, instead of having someone take their order ahead of time, like the other line. A few cars that got in line about 30 minutes after us got their coffee and left before we even had our order taken. It was so bad that the car that was waiting in front of us angrily drove off when they got to the booth instead of putting in an order. I understand being busy, but only moving through one line is extremely frustrating and rude to the customers in the other line. I will never return to this location, this was infuriating. All of the other locations i’ve been too have been great about getting you in and out, even when they’re busy.
