  If I could give 0 stars I would. When I went to go grab my sodat there were ants, ANTS, crawling around the counter and on the pop machine🫩. The place looked like it need to be cleaned to. I dont recommend going to this McDonald's and i will not be going back.

  They have never gotten our order right. We’ve ordered from there for the past three weeks and have never gotten it right. We’ve even gone in and tried to correct it and they still will not give us the right order.

  I went to McDonald’s today to the drive-through in the first time in my 57 years on this earth. I had a pleasant customer service experience with every employee that was involved the gentleman taking the orders and the Payment was such a joy. He made me smile before I even got to the window to pay, and then he was very personable when I paid when I got to the window to get my food. The lady was very polite and very kind with a smile and very helpful. A gentleman brought the McFlurry and he gave me a smile then I had to go around to wait for my food and a gentleman brought out the food and he was extremely kind. I just wanna give a pat on the back to the employees at the Riverside McDonald’s in Norfolk, Nebraska on February 27 at around 1 PM. You guys are awesome and did a great job. Oh, and the food was super hot and super delicious

  If I could I wouldn't even give this McDonald's a star at all! I went inside the store to get an order to go. It took 15 minutes to receive my order there was only 1 order ahead of mine inside and noticed only 3 cars in the drive thru when I entered the restaurant. The employees NEVER made eye contact or spoke to me or any other customer. Their dead expression spoke volumes! There was an older lady who sat at the front counter waiting to order for 8 of the 15 minutes I spent waiting. And the lady who finally took her order walked up to the register and just stared at her as if the little old lady was a nuisance! I know it's hard to work restaurants I don't begrudge them for feeling lackluster and dead inside, but they can at least not treat their customers like they are the problem. OBVIOUSLY, MANAGEMENT is a problem at this location. My order was simple: -1 6pc nuggets Happy Meal - 1 Double Quarter Pounder w/ all toppings except pickles and onions. - 1 4pc nuggets. WHY Did I get home 30 minutes later and my sons happy meal have a total of 4 French fries???? And WHY did I get a double quarter pounder with NO TOPPINGS AT ALL! I was truly looking forward to this meal as I haven't ate all day and was let down completely. I am SICK of spending what little money I have and not getting what I ask for. I have never heard anything good about this store and have always been told "DON'T GO THERE, Unless you asking to get sick". LASTLY, I called the store to complain and get my money back. The lady was not rude at all but treated the situation as if it is nothing new and instantly told me you can come back and we can fix it or I can send you a meal card. I can't even get my money back. I realize this is normal protocol for all McDonalds locations but I DO NOT EVER WANT TO GO BACK THERE. AND I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED! $18 GONE ON A MEAL THEY BARELY GOT ANYTHING CORRECT ON. This is a slap in the face to your customers and it needs to be fixed I am surprised this location is still even open . I imagine it is hemorrhaging money.

  I ran through the drive-thru today to grab a Happy Meal for my kids and I noticed a homeless man standing on the corner, I added an extra chicken nugget to my meal for this man, and when I pulled up to the window to get the food all of the employees were talking very poorly of the man on the corner, about the way that he was dressed and what he was doing there and a lot of other negative things that had no business being said especially in front of customers, if the food wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have taken it. We are all one terrible life experience away from being and his shoes, stay humble, but most importantly stay kind. ✌️
