    God help you if you make a online order and need to change or cancel it! App or phone gets you knowwhere, just a running loop advertising when you call the local number, done with pizza hut when you can't talk to a real person

    Worse service ever!!!!!!!!! Got my order wrong then when I call I'm on gold for 30 minutes! I will NEVER order pizza hit again .

    Huge disappointment! I was delivered the wrong pizza tonight. I called and was told it would be made right. After a 12 hr day at work and craving a super supreme, and patiently waiting another 45 minutes. I went from being extremely happy about getting my pizza to another epic fail!!! When I started eating it, I thought it tasted strange. Yep, the cheese was not the only thing stringy. The dough was still raw on 50% of the crust. I'm sorry but come on guys.!!!

    It took about 2 hours for me to get my food delivered. I called and asked where it was at and they said they forgot to make it. Then when I got my pizza it was cold. I thought it was ok when they gave me a coupon for a free pizza. The next time I ordered my pizza, I got it free but it was soggy and had barely any toppings. I won't be eating here again until they can get it together.
