Three times now I have taken time to drive there for the only drink I like, cold brew and heavy cream, and they don’t have cold brew or they don’t have heavy cream. Most recently just today. Their sign is flashing in front of me advertising cold brew, but they don’t have any, and if you’re wondering it was at noon. I don’t think I will waste my time again. Back to trusty Starbucks. Sad because I do like the taste of 7 brew. Just not worth my time wasting my entire lunch break driving there and waiting in line to leave with nothing.

The level of incompetence and lack of moving with a purpose is infuriating. Like, why can’t 2 people go out and take orders?! I’m writing this while in line and 8 cars in the opposite line have gotten their order and I haven’t even moved!! It’s ridiculous. Makes me never want to come here. It’s every single time. Why can’t yall be more like Dutch bro or chic-fil-a?!
