- ADAlyson Davis2 days ago2.0I try to give this place a chance every so often and every time I’m so disappointed. 😢 I’ve had my wings raw, overcooked, wrong sauces and carrots and celery were bad. Ordered take away and the cheese balls were ROCK HARD. Ranch is always rancid so I had to bring my own.

Was charged for 2 sauces when I asked to sample them, and was forced to order before sampling the sauces, because they had “issues in the kitchen” getting a small amount of a sauce. Insanely greedy to charge for a teaspoon of sauce samples, but corporate’s gonna corporate I guess. I’m not sure how it got this bad either, used to at-least be acceptable.
- KBKatrina BruhnMar 7, 20261.0We pull up to BWs and see plenty of parking, perfect we shouldn't have a wait. Walk in see lots of empty dirty tables, like 1/2 of the restaurant. We were told the wait time was 45 minutes. Apparently the clean up crew forgot to show up. I guess it's clear to say they really don't want to serve anymore food for the night. If you cant clean up enough to seat a few people, one table, apparently you don't want any business. We just wanted to stop for some food and beers with the family to celebrate.
