  Lady was super rude at the window, took eight years to get my food and they didn’t even give me a fork or any sauce.

  I understand yall are the busiest location i do but you always have been so how the hell has it gotten so insanely bad in the last year? foods messed up constantly. cross contamination has gotten insanely bad. and the quality has gone way down. this is ridiculous. there should never be cinnamon sugar on MY ENTIRE ORDER. change gloves. I understand wanting service to be fast but its not worth these sacrifices. slow down so that things only need to be done once.

  Missing items again… I don’t understand why it is so difficult to make tacos and put in the bag. Can the employees count? I guess not. Order was 3 tacos amongst other items. I got 0 tacos. TB used to be awesome back in the day. Not anymore:(
