  We both had bacon cheese burgers, both of the sandwiches were luke warm and I was supposed to get a double cheeseburger but it was only a single. My wife's order was also screwed up as well. WOULDN'T ever go back again!

  Orded two blasts and sat in drive through after we paid for 25 minutes. They forgot us....literally. Finally got it but no apology or anything.

  My friend and I went to this location for something to eat and a majority of the screens were down which wasn’t a big deal at all so we went through the drive through. Upon pulling up we were asked to wait which was fine as well until we proceeded to wait for ten minutes and then when we went to order the lady taking our food was extremely rude. I asked her if we could do separate orders and she just completely ignored me and said “what do you want” I was nice the whole time as I work in food service but her attitude was just very disrespectful especially seeing as she’s the manager.

  I’ve loved this establishment for years, but this specific location has been extremely disappointing. It consistently appears unclean, and on the last two occasions I’ve eaten here, I became severely ill within hours with what I can only assume was food poisoning. I really hope this location improves, because this has not been a safe or enjoyable experience.

  The crew working the afternoon of 3-20-26 seriously needs to get it together and learn some manners. Your carhop first forgets my husband's shake, so she goes in to get it and my change, comes back and wants to give me an attitude when she's the one who was forgetting drinks and straws. While I was waiting, I heard another customer getting yelled at by an employee and when the customer finally had enough and snapped back, they were mocked and yelled at more. This is why I never come to Sonic,your employees.
