I thought ok I can live with that but when I unwrapped it there was sausage on it, I do not like sausage at all. I live across town so I wasn't going back I called gave my name so next time I could get a new sandwich. The 2nd time I ordered same sandwich and they're new croissant twists which are amazing. Got home and my sandwich was burnt and the twists were way way over baked they were hard dark and uneatable. So I won't be going back there. Re: the pictures. The first is a picture of what they do look like because I've gotten them at another Panera and they looked like the picture. Then the rest were what I was given the second time. I like Panera but they're kind of hit or miss. I've never written a bad review but.....
