  I severely do not appreciate being treated like an idiot by the manager a taller black man with a bald head after having to come inside to request my food after waiting 10 minutes for my curbside order and being told I was not at the store when I checked in despite being parked in pick up spot 2 when I did so. The only reason I didn't press the issue further is that this store had already wasted enough of my very short lunch break. I will not being spending my money at any McDonalds for the time being as this was the closest location to both my home and work so it's not worth spending my extra time and gas on.

  The worst location in Lincoln. Repeatedly missing half my order, workers are rude, lazy, and ignore customers at the window or counter for upwards of 10 minutes and then act like you are the inconvenience

  They canceled my order, stole my free points, I had to re-order and spend money again, then it took almost an hour to get my food… AND the large fry was completely empty. Also tried to call the store 3 times with no response.

  I ordered a McCrispy deluxe meal add cheese large fry, water. On screen I saw her put the order in as McCrispy deluxe (no cheese added) water regular fry Then added large Coke, I corrected her couldn't understand and though I was putting another order in, after going back and forth 5-6 times she switched to a native English speaker, he got it wrong once then fixed it and the order was almost correct, (no water now). I ask for a water at the window. I get my food a drive away, then my McCrispy was bun, chicken, pickles. That's it. Not deluxe, no cheese, and I got charged for the cheese.
