  I have gotten used to being ignored as a DoorDash driver, not only at this location, but most other fast food restaurants in Lincoln. However, it’s another thing to be ignored as a customer. My experience involved me simply requesting a cup of water, as I felt nauseous, and needed to settle my stomach before I placed an order for lunch. I waited at the front counter for about four minutes before I overheard the restaurant manager requested one of her employees to check in with the front counter. After I spoke to the gentleman and requested a cup of water, and explained I was going to order lunch afterwards, I waited another six minutes. During this time, the gentleman was servicing the front counter alone, while still also helping in the drive-through. The restaurant manager apparently did not feel it was necessary to assist him at the front counter, where there were now 3+ groups of people waiting at the registers. While I understand the drive-through is typically considered a priority service area, due to the high volume of sales and traffic, it’s extremely unprofessional and frankly rude to outright ignore an entire area of your restaurant. This gives me the impression that the management considers the front service dining area to be beneath their pay grade, or seen as a nuisance. That leaves me feeling unwelcome at this store, both inside and ordering through the drive-through. This is not the first time I’ve been ignored at the front counter as a customer. It would be foolish of me to expect it to be the last. EDIT*. To clarify, I never received my cup of water. After waiting 11 minutes, I had to go vomit, and ended up just going home afterwards.

  Best workers are all the best doing their best. I love the food especially the shamrock shake and mc flurry love this place. 5 stars.

  I ordered the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and the steak, egg and cheese bagel. What i got was a egg and cheese biscuit and a egg and cheese bagel. I got 25 miles home and found it was improper so I called that very McDonald's then talked to the person (woman) who answered the phone. I told her the issue and she said come back and they will make new. I said im 25 miles away now. She said come back again and we'll make one for you then hung up. Its Monday March 9th at 10:37am.

  We ordered bacon egg cheese biscuit. Oatmeal steak bagel well no bacon on biscuit and steak bagel had one piece bacon on it. Called and they said come another day and they will fix it. Then she hung up didn't give a chance to take our name down or receipt number. Last time this place
