  Whoever was the cook at 7pm on 4/4 there was no need for this. I asked kindly, I said ya’ll Imessed up the burger we ordered which was ordered to be just ketchup, meat, and bun. I was pretty nice and understanding too since I’ve worked at McDonalds before I know how it can get rough in a hot kitchen. But why was the burger messed up like this? Why was the bun punctured? I don’t understand because the first burger looked great except for the part where pickles and mayo were included! Really unfortunate to experience this.

  they messed up my order a lot. i went and i ordered a big arch meal and mcchicken sandwich, they only put the big arch meal and never put the mcchicken. i went up to the window and the ladys there were rude and they were being racist for speaking spanish. i also ordered a large caramel frappe and their machine wasn’t working they also didn’t have any of their strawberry cream pies. this service pmo

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this needs to be documented. We went through the drive-thru, got my kid a Happy Meal, and everything seemed fine. He specifically asked for BBQ sauce (as kids do, like it’s a life requirement), and we drove off. About two minutes down the road, he opens the box in the backseat. Silence. Then: “Mom… where’s my BBQ sauce?” I say it’s probably in the bag. It was not in the bag. That’s when things started to unravel. He starts negotiating like a tiny lawyer—“Maybe they forgot. We can go back. We HAVE to go back.” Meanwhile I’m in traffic, can’t turn around, and now he’s holding a nugget mid-air like it’s evidence in a trial. He tries eating one without sauce. Immediately regrets it. Full meltdown begins. Now I’m stressed, he’s upset, and of course we hit every red light possible. The car behind me honks because I didn’t go fast enough at green, my kid is in the back yelling “THIS IS THE WORST DAY EVER,” and I’m digging through the bag again like BBQ sauce might magically appear. At one point he asks if we can “just go to a different McDonald’s” like we’re switching timelines. We finally get home and he refuses to eat until we “fix the situation.” Ended up giving him random sauce from the fridge which he accepted, but with visible disappointment. Food was fine, but forgetting the BBQ sauce turned a normal 5-minute drive into a full emotional event. Please double check the sauces. It matters more than you think.

  I come here frequently and it is so hit and miss. Some days the food is hot, fresh and the cheese is still on the burger. Other times I’m eating old, heat-lamp food and the cheese is on the box instead of on the sandwich. You just never know what it’s going to be. You also never know what kind of mood the employees are in. I’ve seen employees with great service skills - friendly, have a nice tone in the drive through and actually speak to you like a human at the window - and I get ones who interrupt me with questions I would answer if they’d just wait and let me finish my sentence and who shove receipts into your hands at the window and shut the door as quickly as they can - god forbid we have a request for extra napkins at the window. In fact - I wasn’t even finished with my order and was so abruptly interrupted that I left rather than making my purchase last week - and dang, I was really craving a Diet Coke. This restaurant only survives because of location, not because it’s awesome. If you need some restaurant training or management consulting - I have a number for you.
