As I had already paid for this order it was frustrating. I spoke with the manager who proceeded to tell me about her bad day. Unfortunately as a paying customer that’s really not my problem. Do better Krispy Kreme. A call to let me know you were out if donuts or a text would have gone a lot further then listening to a manager give me excuses as to why my order is incorrect. I guess customer service isn’t a priority anymore.
