    0/10 TERRIBLE customer service, subpar food and an AWFUL FAMILY ATMOSPHERE! My daughter placed a $47 order for take out. I went to pick it up; I was handed 1 bag and 4 cups, as I was filling up the drinks the kitchen staff were talking amongst themselves loud enough for EVERYONE to hear- INCLUDING my 7 yr old son who was with me. The nonstop profanity coming from ALL of them was unbelievable, they had a COMPLETE disregard for the ears subjected to hearing it! When I got home we started pulling the food out only to discover ALL of the fries were missing. My daughter called them, they said to come back and they would remake them, and offered extra food for free. We declined, we just wanted the rest of the order. I went back a second time. The manager gave me a free drink "for the road". I got home to AGAIN find out not all the fries were in the bag. This time there was a box of chicken (that we weren't missing in the first place) and one box of fries! For the THIRD time she called, they offered to fully refund the order, but I just wanted the food we paid for! AGAIN for the THIRD TIME I went back! We asked that we get the 2 missing fries and that MY chicken be remade as the one I had gotten the first time WAS NOW COLD after I had been driving back and forth for AN HOUR! I walked in, with my 7 yr old with me, asked that we check this time "because if I have to back here again, I am going to loose it". The manager grabbed the bag and came up to the counter with an attitude tossed the bag down and he LITERALLY ACCUSED ME OF LYING to get free food!! (They offered a full refund during the last call- if I was out to screw someone over or get freebies I WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY). He was DISRESPECTFUL on every level. As I was trying to EXPLAIN to him where he was misunderstanding he pointed at me and pointed to the door, motioning me to leave, dismissing me as he walked away, turning around long enough to sarcasticly say "Merry Christmas!" as they all LAUGHED at me as we left! I was SO EMBARRASSED! They screwed up our order THREE TIMES AND the MANAGER HAD THE AUDACITY TO TREAT ME LIKE THAT!! I am ABSOLUTELY APPALLED! He humiliated me in front a store full of people.... and the fries I picked up the 3rd time I was there were ALL COLD, like they took the ones that they forgot to give me the FIRST time FORTY-FIVE ish minutes earlier! To top it all off their food was awful! THEN when my daughter called them back to talk to the manager about it they kept hanging up on her !!! Raising Canes and Popeyes are 100% better. You couldn't pay me to eat Wingstop! The manager should be absolutely ashamed of himself!

    They messed up the order multiple times. I was as nice with them as possible to get the order fixed. Rather than acknowledge miscommunication and try to rectify the situation they called my family member a liar and thiwf and gave us cold fries. Will be contacting corporate with this matter as they seem to think humiliating people in public and blocking phone numbers is the proper way to handle a breakdown in communication.

    We visited Wing Stop for dinner, as we walked in the nice lady at the register greeted us. I hadn't been to WingStop before so I asked what the most popular flavors were and she kindly explained. I also mentioned that I needed ranch and she talked me into the 16oz cup, which I'm so glad she did. DAMN THAT SHIT IS GOOD! Get the Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan wings with the 16oz cup of Ranch. Thank me later.

    Excellent service and food. It was hot and fresh. Still getting used to leaving the trash and trays on the table but will definitely be back.
