But it's really not that hard. Why does my app say my food is ready and I was told by an employee it'd be out shortly, is STILL NOT IN MY HANDS. As I see order after order go through the drive thru my order is still yet to be ready even though the app has said it's been ready for 5 minutes. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to make 8 items it's actually a joke.

Typically orders between 2 and 3 AM, the staff will tell you that the order was already picked up by someone else. The same staff, in this time frame. Looks like they've found a loophole in the food delivery companies (doordash, etc.) and seem to make full use of it. This trend is pretty consistent for this location during that time by the same staff. Watch out when they say "order was stolen/picked up by someone else".

The food wasn’t even in the wraps when I checked and when I asked for sauce the window was shut on me. Would never go to this one again and this isn’t the first time it’s like this every time you go to this location.
