just garbage customer service 👎👎 I wish I could give him five stars down but that's not an option One is the least amount of stars I can do so I guess that's what they'll get why are you gonna give somebody a spicy chicken taco and not let them buy a drink because some technical stuff you know it is not stopping you from pouring yourself a drink

We ordered on the app to pick up inside, two burritos, a taco, and a chicken flatbread melt. App said order would be ready at 8:45PM, which was 20 minutes. When we arrived at the restaurant, there were several people waiting for their orders. I went into the men's restroom, which was a disaster. There was also no toilet paper. I then sat and waited patiently. At 9PM I inquired about the status of my order and was told I was 10th in the queue. When I asked why it was taking so long, the employee said they were getting a lot of Door Dash orders, which apparently take precedence. It didn't help the DD driver who was there waiting before me and was still waiting for his order. I found the manager and asked for a refund, which was another Chinese fire drill. This restaurant didn't appear to have a staffing problem; I saw six employees plus the manager, and they were moving cars through the drive-thru lane pretty quickly. The entire visit was a zero, but we have to give them at least one star.

Trust me you're better off going to, Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, next door where the staff will actually treat you nice. The only nice thing was when a employee offered me water while I waited for them solve my problem.
