  Their food is good, but their customer service is horrible, I have tried calling more than 10 times to make sure my DoorDash order did not have specific ingredients because I am allergic… And even after the fact that I ask both my DoorDash and Taco Bell to give me None of a specific ingredient They still screwed up. I have no words other than that

  We came here tonight 1/1/26. Orders were taking forever. It seemed like they were only giving door dash and drive thru orders their food. Finally someone from the back, not even sure it was a manager, screams into the lobby that the lobby was closed and that everyone had to leave. He then gave people that had just walked in their food first before everyone that was there before them. All the employees didn’t even seem to know what’s going on. Missing parts of people’s orders. Non managers telling people they needed to leave. It’s absolute crap. I do not recommend this place!!! Go somewhere else!!

  Its 9:00pm on 1-1-2026 and one of the employees just came out and told everyone to leave. There were too many orders and he blamed him manager. They told everyone to leave the lobby. Can't make this shit up. Insane.

  This place is crawling with rats. Personally saw the little pony tail guy spit into a persons taco, if you do not want the flu or to have a dirty experience I’d stay away from the hell bell. The staff was actually cussing and arguing with each other openly and loudly in the store. This is by far the worst fast food restaurant in Lincoln and possibly the state. Please for the love of your children and your stomach do not order from here

  For some reason the N 27th st location is the only store that smells foul as soon as you get out your car, i ordered a pick up, i went in and no one acknowledged, there’s this girl with dark hair with moldy green hair dye and with a purple pony tail who just mean mugged me that whole time while she could’ve been doing her job or could’ve just asked if I needed something but just kept playing eye tag with me. Honestly the O street location sucks but it is definitely better than this one!! They also got my order wrong too, and she just so happened to be the one that was “working” on my order so that was amazing!! Would definitely not recommend to go to this location.
