  Food is great. Really liked it. The problem is I ordered online today and ordered extra sauces. I didn't receive the extra sauces that I ordered. I received the 1 garlic butter and the 1 pizza sauce. I called to let them know that I didn't get them. The lady said she knows that she put them in there and when I stated that I did receive 1 of each, but I ordered extras. She said she is not gonna argue but whatever I'll take them off the order and repeated that she knows that she put them in there. Accusing me of lying without saying as much. But I am literally sitting here with only 1 sauce each. She had an attitude, so I said that "if you want to cop an attitude then I'll just not buy anything from you again, Bye." And hung up. It's bad to get attitudes with customers especially when they're willing to provide evidence that they aren't lying and honesty just wanted the sauces.

  Ordered delivery to find out DoorDash delivers for them now. At that moment, I knew this experience would be awful. The food was cold and dropped on the ground. Also paid $70 for the pizza which seems high considering it was only two large pizzas. Probably because it’s on DoorDash…. Called the store and spoke to “the manager” who apparently didn’t like what I had to say and hung up on me. I’ve always had quick delivery and good pizza from this location. Do better, hire a delivery driver.

  I had a babysitter and ordered pizza through this store for my kids. They claim that they called me when they were trying to deliver. My husband answered and couldn’t hear anything since we are at a wedding. The babysitter reached out 45 minutes after it said it had been delivered on the app and they claimed they had it in store. She loaded my kids up to go grab it, and they claimed there was nothing. They had her pay for it, and it was remade. What terrible service!
