Pappa johns took money out of my account. I called Pappa johns & he told me he hasn't heard from door dash as accepted. He wouldn't make and bake pizza until door dash excepts because they are unreliable. He wouldn't call me when they accepted. He was rude. Poor customer service. Wouldn't take care of my refund. Said your welcome. What a rude person. Never had problems before.

We wait for most of the time, confused to not hear ANYTHING about our order and call to check on our order. Only to be told they didn't receive an order and it's too close to closing to get a delivery. So what was the point of it redirecting us to speak with someone if they weren't gonna put in our order? I understand human error but no one had any recollection of our phone call. Maybe you'll have better luck if you walk in and speak to them. Maybe you'd have better luck going to another pizza place, I don't know. I just wanted my pizza and wings.
