Called store with the issue. Spoke to employee that delivered the food. She was rude & argued, told me I was lieing & hung up on me. After work I went to the store to speak with the manger. He was just as rude. When I stated that I felt he was being rude to me & not listening to my issue, he said "I'm not yet but I can be if you want me to. I can be really rude." Would not give me the name of his boss & misinformed me on the company that owns that location. I have managed & operated various types of businesses, including restaurants, and would never allow my staff to speak to or treat a customer this way. Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!
