It’s frustrating that I make a mobile order for it to just sit for 20 mins because they decided to take out the quick pick up lane
- CTCharity TurnerFeb 18, 20262.0I've been to that Panera twice, the 1st time I ordered a croissant bacon egg and cheese got home excited to eat it(fyi my mother got one of the bagel stacks which is a big heavy sandwich and they put my delicate croissant sandwich at the bottom so it was flat as a pancake). I thought ok I can live with that but when I unwrapped it there was sausage on it, I do not like sausage at all. I live across town so I wasn't going back I called gave my name so next time I could get a new sandwich. The 2nd time I ordered same sandwich and they're new croissant twists which are amazing. Got home and my sandwich was burnt and the twists were way way over baked they were hard dark and uneatable. So I won't be going back there. Re: the pictures. The first is a picture of what they do look like because I've gotten them at another Panera and they looked like the picture. Then the rest were what I was given the second time. I like Panera but they're kind of hit or miss. I've never written a bad review but.....

Atmosphere at Panera is friendly and start my day. Social interaction with the employees started the happiness because this world needs some improvement.

My delivery sandwich came all mangled together and the onion soup I didn't even eat. Never order that again. And the in dining was ok. Service was good. Atmosphere was awkward. It was a quiet place until an entire group decided to come in for a meet and greet. Kids running around. Sure is family friendly I guess but wouldn't recommend if you want something quiet. Iv been here for drive thru before which was good but I do think its a bit pricey for the food. Its soups and sandwiches and they are good but on the pricey side for just soups and sandwiches.
