It should not be this difficult to get the correct item. Today I'm out my time and received the nastiest looking sandwich I didn't order. Thanks Panera for not respecting my time.

My son was able to have a mac and cheese while we chatted and I could have coffee so overall very pleased and would go here again!

My only minor complaint would be the soup was a little think. I know that as the soup sits in the warmer, it's gonna thicken up. They just need to add a little stock every now and again so it isn't quite so thick. It was still good and I ate every bit.
