Well, we won’t be going here again… The hubby and I thought we’d get Outback’s takeout and have a nice dinner in the park but our order ended up being wrong and lacked in flavor and quality. They also only provided 1 set of cutlery for a 2 dinner order. We made a polite call to try and get the order fixed and were met with abrupt one word responses of, “understood!” and another, “understood!” then just a very long silence… Finally the man over the phone said, “ I guess I can see if the cook can make the part of your order we left out.. Or we can give you a partial refund???” Because we were already clear across town with our order, and because the guy was mean and unapologetic, we chose the refund but actually never got it. You need to teach your employees how to provide better customer service. The customer should not be the one apologizing, ESPECIALLY when they gave him a 20% tip for a simple takeout order over $80 that they didn’t get correct. We were extremely polite but he was not. Simple one word, “understood” responses are rude, confusing and seemingly aloof.

I come to Lincoln from St. Louis for work quite often. I eat at this restaurant every night and the people that work here are outstanding. A special shout out to Jessica for her great service and conversation.

2- 8 oz sirloin meals, $10 appetizer, a pop and a chocolate shake, myself and 11yr old grandson was $80.00. Expensive meal, but we enjoyed ourselves and the time/memory we shared. Waitress did a great job. I only eat here maybe once a year just to be reminded how expensive the prices have changed lol. Food tasted good, no complaints.

Food was great! Had the teriyaki steak skewers and steak with grilled shrimp. Our server, Will was exceptional, friendly, and polite.
