  They lie on their mobile app metrics to appease corporate, said my order was ready for pickup on the app and still had to wait 3 minutes

  $17.28 for a combo which includes a sandwich, chips and a watered down root beer fountain drink. How convenient the teller doesnt say the price until after taking my card and while already making the sandwich. Never again, complete waste of money.

  Came here for 2 sandwiches, 16” in size with 2 chips and 2 drinks. When I got the window I was told the total was 60 dollars.When I asked how, I was told since it’s an independent franchise location this affects the price. Instead of paying this exuberant price, I went to the location at 70th and A. Where I paid just over half for the same exact order. Where do they get off, cause apparently it’s on their customers.

  The last 3 times I have tried to come here they were out of bread. With a 20 to 25 min wait for bread. I used to work at the downtown one before they opened the other ones and at best we would have a 5min wait. Seriously doesnt matter what time of day this sandwich shop cant seem to be able to make a sandwich. Guess their moto is no longer so fast you'll freak.
