I think jimmy John’s is head and shoulders the BEST SANDWICH EVER. I know Mary and Nick and they know me I never have my sandwich Delivered!!!!! I always come in and get it. I I can’t get a parking space my wife will run in and get it for me. Well I called in and this young girl said she wanted my address so I gave it to her she said I could not get my sandwich!!!!! Asked to speak to the mgr.She said she was the mgr. I tried several times to make her understand that I will come in and get my sandwich like I always do.She refused me because I live outside of the delivery area!!!! She I said I can pay her and come in to get it again she refused. Don’t know how she is a Mgr ??? So I was hot as a fire cracker she did not understand I always come in to get it .then she told me that I can’t do that. Is this the way you want your frequent customers treated?
