I have never had an experience at JJs like this before. I ordered delivery. I asked for potato salad and no tomatoes due to an allergy. I was given tomato and bow tie pesto. I called to get a refund just for the potato salad and was met with aggressiveness over the sandwich. I spoke to one person and then the woman who supposedly made the sandwich got on the phone to argue with me and tell me that she didn't make it that way and she knows she didnt. I only asked for the pasta to be refunded not the sandwich. The disrespect from this woman was loud. I hope the manager and the owner take a deep look into their staff and retrain on how to have proper customer service and to listen and show respect. I would not recommend this location. I am appalled that this is JJs these days. I worked there when there was only 1 locations, downtown, lines out north doors wrapped around the block for lunch, back when standards matter apparently.
1st issue- got my order and the sandwiches were made backwards. I did surgery and by the time I was done only half of my husband's sandwich would have been edible for him. The only thing that was correct about the order was the bottle coke and 2 bags of chips.
2nd issue- called store and told them the issue. The girl that answered was fine until we got to the end and I said again how frustrated I was (mind you I hadn't yelled or cussed her out, just explained the issue and waited while she himhawes around) and she just blames it on training and says they will redeliver then HANGS up on me. Customer service is an obvious issue and where is the quality control when training? Why are you not overseeing and checking trainees work before sending to customer?
3rd issue- STANDARDS! The bread was obviously not proofed or baked to standard. It was not fluffy, it was flat... (Subway bread is better than the bread we received)and you could see the ring that was made by not proofing and baking correctly. No QC at all! Based on the quality of our sandwiches, I can only imagine how 'clean' the store is.
4th issue- price point. I spent $40 for 2 sandwich combos and went through all of this??? Ridiculous! Crazy prices these days for such crap service all the way around.
None of this was the vision of JJs. Back before it franchised like mad, they had a great menu/products, the staff was on point, the place was clean, customer service and standards were enforced. Sad to say, but we won't be back. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is bc of the delivery driver. He was fantastic!!
Do better JJs, it obvious you need better management, staffing, and training at this location. Especially when your prices are astromical for the sad sandwich you are getting.

I went to the drive thru on Wednesday at around 710pm and had a terrible experience the person taking our order was very rude while taking our order and the orders were made wrong I will not be coming back to this jimmy johns and nobody else should
