  Normally have a pretty good experience at this location going through drive thru. Today I walked into the dining room to order instead though and the lady at the register didn’t smile at me, didn’t acknowledge me at all, just stared. Normally a “Hi” would be enough. So instead I smiled and said “Hi how are you doing today?” She didn’t even say “good how are you”. Took my order, never said thank you to me. She needs to work in her BASIC customer service skills. She’s blonde with curly long hair.

  What's the point of having a 'customize' option when they don't put it on your sandwich anyway? This is the second time this has happened the past two times I've ordered from here. And I dont just add one extra thing. There are several - so when the order pops up or when the receipt prints, its all listed on there. What a joke. This place has gone downhill. Don't know about other locations, but 70th & A definitely has.

  We were called liars over a pickle. They didn't cut our sandwiches no napkins no mustard packets and apparently the decided we wanted pickles instead of the chips we ordered and we didn't even get both. I have no reason to lie OVER A PICKLE. I tried the new pizza cheese sandwich I asked for light sauce they put sauce on both sides. I paid 1.20 for extra ham on another one of our sandwiches I got 3 pieces total. No napkins.

  I was just there and ordered a Diet Coke with no ice along with my sandwich. When he handed me the drink at the drive thru, he said "Here's your Diet Coke with no ice" so I know he heard me ask for no ice. After leaving the window, i had trouble getting the straw in my drink and realized it was because my cup was completely full to the very top with ice!!! The workers at this store have always been very rude and I usually will avoid this location but was in the area and in a hurry. After being so blatantly disrespected, I will NEVER go to this location again. I'm almost afraid to eat my sandwich now for fear of further retaliation for a very small special request.
