  They don’t deliver to my home address, so I ordered 15 pizzas and a bunch of breadsticks etc for pick up. I had to actually go into the store to order the breadsticks because their website wouldn’t let me place an order online. I ordered it all the day before for pick up at 5:15pm, because I have a party of 60-80 at my home. Unfortunately, they didn’t start making my order until I arrived for pick-up at 5:15, so needless to say, I am still standing there 25 minutes later waiting for my food while I have guests showing up at my home and I’m not there. And they lied about my order being already in the oven so I had no idea that I was gonna be so late until I had already waited 15 minutes and asked. This is a very poorly run business. The “manager” was complaining about another manager to an employee saying how he said he’d be in charge when he got there, but he’s apparently an hour and a half late because of something to do with his ex-wife. This was the conversation that the manager was having instead of working and making the pizzas for my order. It’s totally unprofessional to talk smack to other employees when you are supposed to be the leader and in front of customers. I will say all of the delivery drivers were super helpful in checking me out, boxing my food and putting it in my car for me to help me out, but the manager didn’t even try to console me or talk to me about my order being delayed, not before I complained, nor after.

  If you want to order for my Domino's and be scammed go right ahead this is your store we called placed an order with a guy an hour later we were wondering where our food was we called back they said we never ordered but my bank statement said otherwise that they took out money apparently they can never find my order in their system and the store manager for one is probably the scammer I asked for her name she doesn't give names over the phone she was acting like she was trying to help but she wasn't because she wasn't doing nothing I asked for her district manager to call me they never did the franchise owner company never called and she was supposed to email them so if you would love to be scammed by a Domino's and never get your food this is the perfect place to lose your money and never get your food

  Previously I had a not so favorable experience with the food at Domino's, but they came through for me. They were very helpful and sought to make things right. This last order was great. Pizza was good and the garlic bread bites were very addictive. Thank you Domino's!

  Food was late and ice cold. Tracker didn't work. Over half the pizza was bubbled up and burnt. Unetible! Never again!
