  I ordered food and it said it would be ready in 17 min at most. I stood in the lobby for a half hour while the employees sent food out for delivery that was supposed to go to take out customers. Eventually gave up and cancelled the order, worst pizza experience in Lincoln

  Over all, everything tasted fine. Only thing I would comment about would be needing to make the tots a bit more crispy in the middle of the dish.

  I have been ordering pizza 2 times for delivery each time it’s taken more than 2 hours when I called they put me on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered it so bad service do not deliver your pizza from here

  I called a total of two times the first time I was placed on hold for a little bit over 11 minutes, the second time, 24 minutes and some change. It is a location that is less than 7 minutes away from my home. I came down to the store with my phone showing the district general manager or whoever the guy was here at the store tonight. He's literally looked at my phone and seen that I was on hold with his store. I told him I was dissatisfied perplexed and extremely upset about the fact that I was left on hold twice for almost a total of 35 minutes. The man listen to me said he'll talk to his GM. Absolutely did not try to make it right. Did not ask how he could make me a better satisfied customer, did not offer anything as a concession for their lack of customer service. His crew stood around listening just looking dumbfounded at the fact that somebody called them on their BS. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the fact that I could not feed the three kids in my home at all with the pizza choice that they chose being dominoes. Absolutely bamboozled by the fact that the manager did not even apologize. He just said I will run it to my GM above me. Didn't try to make anything right. Didn't ask me if you could do anything for my order. He literally looked like I was in irritant to him. Did not once offer to make anything right for their poor customer service. I absolutely do not recommend this location even though it used to be our favorite with the managers overall attitude tonight and the way that he ran the whole conversation. His interaction lacked professionality, it lacked empathy, it lacked a sympathetic tone completely. There was no type of care as far as the way the conversation went. Neither myself, my family, and or my friends will ever come to this establishment again. The fact that the manager was nonchalant about the whole issue was extremely disheartening and saddened me. I didn't believe that the mission statement of Domino's Pizza no matter what franchiser branch amounted to this type of treatment to a customer. #💔💔

  I ordered a large pepperoni pizza at 8:42 PM and what arrived at my door at 9:17 PM has permanently altered my understanding of reality. First of all, the pizza box was breathing. Not metaphorically. I could see the cardboard expanding and contracting like a living organism. When I opened it, the pepperonis blinked at me. BLINKED. One of them whispered, “You’re not supposed to be here.” The crust was braided like a medieval rope, warm in a way that felt… intentional. The cheese stretched too far. I pulled a slice and it just kept going, looping around the room, knocking over a lamp, wrapping around my ankle like it was trying to claim me. The marinara sauce began bubbling and formed the exact shape of my ex’s face, judging me silently. The delivery driver was still standing there. He hadn’t moved. He hadn’t blinked. He said, “Did you remember the dipping cups?” and then melted into the floor. At this point, the walls of my apartment peeled back and I realized I was inside the oven. A giant Domino’s logo burned in the sky above me. The pepperoni began chanting. I tried to scream but all that came out was garlic butter. Then I woke up on my couch, clutching my phone, heart racing, pizza untouched on the table. It was cold. Normal. Harmless. I checked the time. 9:17 PM. I still ate it. It was fine. One star because now every time I hear a doorbell I expect the box to breathe again.
