The app repeatedly showed the store as closed, even though it was open, so we had to order in person. Our order was made incorrectly—we ordered a Pacific Veggie pizza and received something different. Because we couldn’t order through the app, we also couldn’t use a coupon and ended up paying about $7 more than we should have. The staff on duty didn’t seem able to help resolve the issue. The only solution offered was to remake the pizza, which wasn’t an option as we were also picking up an order for another family member (who ordered online, not through the app) that sat in the warmer for about 20 minutes while we waited for our pizza to be made and we didn’t want to wait any longer. This experience was frustrating and not typical of this location. There is usually an older woman working there who is very friendly, remembers our name, and always has our order ready. Unfortunately, that level of service was missing today
